Cancellation Policy
Because of our short season, cancellations have a large impact on us. Please read our cancellation policies carefully and in full before reserving your room.
We do not provide credits or refunds based on lack of missed connections, medical, weather or any other travel issues.
Reservations must be canceled at least 7 days or more before the arrival date to receive a refund. All refunds are issued to the card originally used. Rooms canceled will be refunded with a $25 processing fee per room unless they are canceled within 7 days of the arrival date; rooms canceled within 7 days of arrival forfeit the deposit.
To protect your investment, we recommend purchasing trip insurance through a vendor such as Allianz Travel Insurance.
Tax
Tax Rates are subject to 14.45% local and state lodging tax.
Arrival and Departure
- Check-in: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Late check-ins (after 11:00 PM) must be prearranged. Please notify our team as soon as possible to prepare a lockbox.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Late check-outs incur a $50 charge per hour, subject to availability. Please confirm with the front desk.
Smoking Policy
Smoking, candles, incense, or any open flames are prohibited in our rooms. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction without a refund. Smoking in the room incurs a minimum charge of $250.
Lost Keys
A $25 fee per key applies for lost or unreturned guest keys.
Pets
We understand that pets are part of the family! We are happy to have your well behaved small pet (under 30 lbs.) or service animal, and have a small number of rooms designated for guests traveling with pets.
You must notify our reservations team that you will be bringing your pet when making your reservation. We charge a $50 per day pet fee. Upon check in you will be required to sign a Pet Waiver. Guests must clean up after their pets, and pets are not allowed to stay in the room unaccompanied. Guests that bring a pet into their room without advance notice will face immediate eviction with no refund.
Damages
Guests will be charged for the cost of replacement or repair for any accidental damage or loss to our property during their stay. Smoking in the room incurs a minimum charge of $250 and may be higher if the room requires extensive cleaning or repairs.
